And after, apologetically having to go to the Wild Hare, I came home and watched "Love Jones". I hadn't watched that movie in so long, and its funny to me that we use to love that movie in grammar school and high school. Whats really weird is how determined Darius was to go after Nina, how you gone just show up to a stranger's house and put ya bid in. If that were to happen today, I don't think that would have been well received like it played out in the movie.
Best line in the movie is 'I LOVE YOU AND THAT'S URGENT THAN A MUTHAFUCKA'!
Watching that movie also made think about where the hell is Maxwell?!
Do we need to put his face on the side of the milkcarton because damn he was the shit back in the day. Where are you Maxwell?! Grace us with some of those smooth tunes the way you use to.
