WHERE THEY DO THAT AT?!?!?
An 8-year-old girl was raped by four boys, ages 9-14. Then, she was placed in foster care because the parents don't want her anymore. They claim she has brought shame to the family by allowing herself to be raped! This happened in Phoenix, AZ, but all parties are from Liberia originally.
